About Plastic Drums

FDL Packaging offer a special purpose range of high density polyethylene (HDPE) heavy duty plastic drums from stock. The range consists of tighthead drums for liquids, full open top, wide neck and screw top drums and containers. Designed to meet the needs of every industry.

All drums are manufactured from food grade material and are ideal for transporting and storage of food, paints pharmaceuticals, chemicals, inks, liquid, pastes and powders.

Tighthead Drums

Tighthead heavy duty plastic drums have trisure bung closures in the top and are suitable for carrying liquids. These drums are manufactured from food grade material. All drums are UN approved to carry hazardous materials.

  • Containers supplied with internal threaded bung
  • Blue standard colour, other colours available depending on quantity
  • UN approved for transportation of hazardous materials (check product compatibility)
  • 30, 60, 120, 210 and 220 litre capacities

Full Open Top Drums

Full open top heavy duty plastic drums are supplied with a plastic lid that is held in place by tamper evident steel closing ring. Manufactured from food grade material. All drums are UN approved to carry hazardous materials.

  • Removable plastic lid with internal gasket and steel tamper evident closing ring
  • Blue standard colour, other colours available depending on quantity
  • UN approved for transportation of hazardous materials (check product compatibility)

Wide Neck Drums

Wide neck heavy-duty plastic drums are supplied with tamper resistant screw on plastic lids, which allow the drums to interstack. This range of containers has a wide neck opening and can also be supplied with straight sides, which allows for the easier removal of its contents. These high quality containers are manufactured from food grade material and are suitable for a wide range of products. All drums are UN approved to the highest levels to carry hazardous materials.
